Information you provide
When you submit a request, an application or an editorial submission, we collect what the form asks for: name, email, Instagram handle, country, the content or campaign details you enter, and any files you upload.
Technical and security data
Every form submission also records technical information: your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, language, and a precise timestamp. This data is used to protect the platform against fraud, harassment and abuse, and to detect submissions sent through a VPN or anonymous proxy. It is collected on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the platform, kept in a dedicated log, and is not used for marketing.
Payments
Paid features and campaigns are processed through PayPal. Card and payment details are handled directly by PayPal; Ebony Aesthetics does not store your full card number.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to capture technical errors so issues can be diagnosed and fixed. This is limited to error and performance diagnostics, not behavioral advertising.
Order tracking
Each order can be followed with a secure, non-guessable link sent to you. No account or password is required to check an order's status.
