Refund Policy
Delivery windows
Creator Spotlight is delivered 7 to 14 days after validation. Creator Spotlight Pro is delivered 5 to 10 days after validation. Priority Publishing targets under 48 hours after full validation. No date is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Sending your assets
You have 7 days to send your files after payment. A reminder is sent after 3 days and a main reminder after 7 days. An order with no files after 30 days is placed on hold; it may be converted into a credit valid for 90 days.
Minor corrections
A round of minor corrections is included: typos, a wrong tag, a factual detail, or a light adaptation. A full rework of the deliverable may be billed separately.
When a refund or credit applies
- Final refusal before any work has started
- Inability to deliver the agreed placement
- A payment error
- Work already in progress, refunded or credited in proportion to that progress
- Files never sent by the client
- A change of mind, subject to the above
- Scheduling that cannot be honored
- The status of the placement once published
What is not refunded
No refund is issued solely because performance fell short of expectations once the agreed deliverables were actually provided. Purchasing a feature guarantees the placement after editorial approval, never a specific number of views, followers, sales or interactions.
